DESCRIPTION
- Leads technical solutions delivered to business units within the organization
- Leads working groups and stakeholder meetings when necessary to ensure thorough representation
- Accomplishes results through cross-functional teams delivering standards, best practices, vendor management, product ownership and delivery
- Ensures the teams are provided with the best processes and solutions to drive success in their business groups as well as representing their interests within other lead projects
- Leads communications throughout the company, ensuring timely project completion and supporting initiatives
- Facilitates project scope, objectives and deliverables with stakeholders
- Serves on company committees and represent technology within leadership boards
- Provides product ownership of applications including but not limited to contract negotiation, RFP’s, vendor management, billing allocation, product enhancement, and change management
- Responsible for budgeting software spend
- Manage risks, recommends and implements mitigation and corrective action plans, reports and escalates issues as necessary
- Effectively communicates information and impact of change to stakeholders and end-users, prepares and presents project status to management
- Ensures the teams have the appropriate technology/tools to perform their daily work at the highest level
- Responsible for the onboarding, off-boarding, and training of team members
- Works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements as well as identify, evaluate and select feasible solutions
- Builds and maintains relationships with business units and team members involved in the I.T. process
- Contributes to the development and continuous improvement of technology and systems
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree, advanced degree and certifications preferred
- 3+ yrs in commercial construction, civil engineering, and/or real estate development experience preferred, coupled with software and device associated with each
- Proven track record of leadership in infrastructure management, implementation, and oversight.
- Possess a blend between business operations and technology expertise
- Previous experience using MS Project or other similar PM software
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including verbal and written
- Ability to lead and develop technical talent
- Ability to accommodate urgent needs and withstand high-pressure situations and deadlines
