Marketing Manager

RJ Byrd has been engaged for a Marketing Manager, focused on brand for a DFW based health care organization with multiple locations across the state of Texas. The Marketing Manager, a key leader on the marketing team, leads the creation and development of the Brand Experience function, supporting 70 locations, which includes: brand look, feel, voice, and execution of a 5-star patient experience at each office. This leader will work to ensure that brand promises we make in our marketing are consistent with the actual patient experience at the office level, working with field leaders, operations, and executives to design, implement, and optimize the overall patient experience.

    • Work cross-functionally with designers, channel managers, and media team to implement content strategy and campaign messaging across channels
    • Ensure in-office marketing is optimized and consistent
    • Oversee creative design and execution
    • Work with Director of Growth and Marketing Automation Manager to develop highly segmented, omni-channel campaigns that adhere to our brand and drive performance
    • Own Partnership and Activation
    • Regular office visits to observe patient experience, obtain insights, and provide support and feedback
    • Strong cross-functional leader and collaborator who contributes great ideas, creating a vision and rally a cross-functional team behind that vision to drive the strategy and action plan forward
    • Highly analytical mind and strategic expertise with proactive problem-solving skills
    • Passionate about storytelling and creative thinking, thinking outside of the box to disrupt the market, and eager to learn
    • Adaptable and ambitiously willing to take on other assignments to support your team
    • Proactively drive the business forward by key metrics and activities, collaborating with in office colleagues.


  • 5+ years’ experience in brand management and marketing
  • Experience in digital marketing with a solid understanding of the interplay between online, social, and traditional channels
  • Strong social media awareness and oversight
  • Multilocation brand management

  • Be proactive, a self-starter, highly driven, and organized
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
  • Proven track record of building intelligent, data-driven, profit-generating strategies
  • Bilingual a plus and some travel required
