RJ Byrd has been engaged to locate a Marketing Manager for our client. As the Marketing Manager, this individual will be responsible for working in CRM channels (e.g., email, SMS, in-product comms, etc.) in terms of both the execution and monitoring, while developing strategies and tactics to retain current customers and manage them through the onboarding process.
- Lead the core lifecycle communications strategies
- Make decisions on optimizations to scale communications across all customer touch points (email, app, sms, display)
- Develop customer journeys based on segmentation and personas to retain existing customers and drive signups among new customers
- Drive retention
- Partner with B2B/B2C Growth Managers to develop user journeys
- Testing, reporting, and channel analysis including KPI, weekly channel updates, and forecasting for future months.
- Identify areas for process improvement and work cross-functionally to implement
- Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and sales teams
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, that includes a client base with which reengagement campaigns were required
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience
- Passion for doing what is right by the customer by leveraging quantitative abilities and problem-solving
- Strong project and process management skills
- Detail-oriented, and have the ability to execute on channel-specific operational tasks independently
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities concurrently
