RJ Byrd has been engaged to locate a Senior Product Manager for our client located in Austin, TX. This company is in the software space catering to the healthcare industry.
As the Senior Product Manager, this individual will direct product development and ensure high return on investment as well as translate ideas into strategy and features.
- Build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
- Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products
- Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
- Supervise and support product managers and coordinate cross functional teams
- Prepare and review product requirement documents
- Organize product releases properly and ensure the compliance with schedule
- Prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision
- Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users
- Contribute a solid knowledge of the various constraints of the business
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years working on technology-powered products as a product manager, product designer, engineer, data scientist, or user researcher
- Understand the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
- Ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints
- Able to learn multiple functions of the business
- Excellent communication skills
