Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

RJ Byrd has been engaged to locate a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager for our client and can located in Irving, TX. This company is in the software space catering to the healthcare industry.

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters and recruiting managers to provide a full cycle recruiting process including job intake, sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.

  • Build relationships with stakeholders, serving as their consultant and SME in regards to recruitment, and keeping them constantly informed on hiring progress
  • Ensure your team consistently provides a world class candidate and hiring experience
  • Ensure recruiters build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline of talent via creative sourcing methods 
  • Create and monitor your team’s KPIs
  • Ensure the company is presented and branded as an employer of choice
  • Continually strategize on how to source high quality talent
  • Maintain a small portfolio of requisitions for which you will screen, qualify, and interview applicants and serve as the main point of contact to ensure that our hiring culture is consistent across the company
  • Continuously improve and iterate on the candidate process as we strive to offer a best-in-class interview experience
  • Keep abreast of best practices in recruiting, developing new strategies and researching recruiting events to attend as needed in order to fill a pipeline of candidates for current and future job opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations to include EEO guidelines
  • Lead other recruiting activities, projects and tasks as delegated and needed


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience in a full cycle recruiting role
  • 5 years of experience managing and leading recruiters through coaching and development.
  • Experience recruiting all types of corporate positions including executive level
  • Experience with Workday applicant tracking system
