Support Analyst

RJ Byrd has been engaged to locate an Application Support Analyst for our eCommerce client located in Las Colinas.  As a Support Analyst, you’ll provide a high level of customer service and problem solving by diagnosing and troubleshooting technical needs and long-term solutions for all enterprise apps. Support and inquiries will be through a variety of protocols, including Jira, email, phone, and chat.  Additional duties can include but not be limited to

  • Work with various business units, cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues 
  • Manage/create users and permissions, on-boarding and off boarding in Active Directory
  • Effectively and efficiently communicate support status and solutions to users and management
  • Administer mobile technology (not limited to) Android handheld computers
  • Additional duties as identified


  • Possess great analytical and troubleshooting skills and experience
  • Confident, yet calm demeanor in stressful situations
  • 3+ years in a role supporting applications, preferably in a distribution environment
  • Familiar with Active Directory, MySQL, warehouse/distribution applications
  • Bi-lingual (Preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Laptops and desktops, Windows 10 and associated network peripherals
  • Strong understanding of general IT structures, principals, and web application architecture
  • Certifications in a Microsoft discipline strongly desired, along with any hardware certs like A+
  • Knowledge of scripting and coding is a huge advantage
  • Willing to work on weekends and/or after hours.
