This position is a management role over a team who serves as outsourced Network and IT support for small companies. Our client is well established in the marketplace and supports customers nationwide. In addition to supporting traditional Microsoft technologies like O365, Azure, Windows Servers and Exchange, your team will support wireless infrastructures, cybersecurity strategies and implementations, designing new networks as old technologies are sunsetting and new ones are procured.

QUALIFICATIONS 

This position is not overly “techy”, however, the fundamentals of network architecture and support are essential. This position is more about coaching and mentoring others, elevating their capabilities and growing the customer base as the team becomes stronger and more efficient.

Excellent communication skills are an absolute must because of the interaction with other executives, external clients and taking an active role in proposals and selling of support services to prospects.

This is an in-office, on-premise position and is available only to those possessing technical qualifications, outstanding presentation skills both oral and written, and for those who value and understand the unique needs of small companies relying on technology to run their business.
